Overview :
Khumai Dada rises to a height of 3245 meters and is situated on Pokhara's northern slope. Situated inside the Macchapuchre Model Trek, The Hill is at the foot of Macchapuchre's south face. From Pokhara, the Khumai Danda walk takes three to four days to complete. If you want to include the Mardi Himal climb, you may prolong the trip for up to seven days. Situated at the foot of Macchapuchre, Korchan (3700m) offers outstanding views of the Himalayas and the dawn. Apart from this, Khumai Danda is a fantastic trekking location for anybody seeking tranquility and a great time in the great outdoors thanks to its serene hiking track, pure landscape, thick forests, and ethnic villages like Saripakha, Hile Kharka, and Mirsha Village.
Best season :
The path is covered with a broad variety of rhododendron, blooming in the spring and fall, which enhances the beauty of Khumai. However, winter (December–February) might also be the ideal season for the Khumai Danda walk if you don't mind the snow and want to take in the views of the snow-capped pinnacles.

Day 1 Pokhara to Hile Kharka
The trek starts from Pokhara and travels 30 minutes to Hemja, where you'll start walking through woodlands, villages, and terraced fields. The Hemja to Hile Kharka trek takes around 6 hours and is relatively easy. Ghachowk, a popular spot for viewing the Himalayas, is also on the way to Hile Kharka. Take your time to enjoy the sights of Macchapuchre, Annapurna, and Lamjung Himal from Ghachowk.
Day 2 Hile Kharka to Khumai
You will be trekking largely inside the forest on the trip from Hile Kharka to Kumai Dada, which is like to walking through a jungle. The trail is serene and slightly harder than the hike from the previous day since it becomes smaller and is covered in a grassy slope. The expansive views of Machhapuchhre, Dhaulagiri, and Annapurna will greet and reward you in the best way possible despite a few difficulties. You will eventually reach Khumai Danda, which is situated in the shade of the massive Machhapuchhre Himal, after passing the Shamsur Deurali.
Day 3 Khorchan dada to Pokhara
The trip's main attraction, Korchan Danda, will surely stun you with its breathtaking views of the Himalayas and dawn. At 3700 meters above sea level, the hill provides breathtaking views of Machhapuchhre, Annapurna, and Mardi. Before returning to Pokhara, you may spend some time together away from the bustle and under the shadow of the Himalayas.
